Delivery Policy
At Grace Party Rentals, we are committed to providing you with high-quality party rental equipment and excellent service. Please read our Delivery & Pricing Policy below to understand how our pricing and delivery fees are determined.
1. Pricing
Subject to Change: All prices for products and services offered by Grace Party Rentals are subject to change with notice. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date pricing, we reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time based on market conditions, availability, or other factors.
Estimates and Quotes: The prices you receive in quotes or estimates are valid for a limited period and may be subject to change after that time. Any changes to the initial quoted prices will be communicated to you promptly before confirming any orders.
Taxes: All rental prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. Taxes will be added to the total cost based on the relevant provincial or federal tax rates.
2. Delivery
Delivery Fees: Delivery fees are based on the specific details of each order, including the delivery location, the size of the order, and the distance from our base of operations. The final delivery fee will be calculated at the time of booking and included in your total rental cost.
Delivery Zones: We deliver to Airdrie, Calgary, and surrounding areas. For locations outside of our standard delivery zones, additional delivery charges may apply. Please contact us for a customized quote for locations outside of our typical delivery area.
Timing of Delivery: We aim to deliver your rental equipment in a timely manner, typically within the delivery window specified at the time of booking. However, please be aware that delivery times may vary depending on order volume, availability, and unforeseen circumstances.
Delivery and Setup: If requested, we can also provide setup and takedown services for an additional fee. Setup and takedown fees will be included in the total rental cost and communicated to you when placing your order.
3. Order Modifications and Cancellations
Modifications: Any changes to your order, including modifications to delivery locations, rental items, or services, must be communicated to us at least 7 days before the scheduled delivery date. Additional charges may apply for last-minute changes.
Cancellation Policy:
• 30-Day Notice Requirement: Cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to the scheduled rental date to receive a full refund.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event are subject to a 50% fee of the total rental amount, as the equipment will likely have been reserved and cannot be rented out to other customers.
4. Payment
Payment Terms: 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your rental items and delivery services and 50% balance to be paid at the date of setup or delivery. Payment can be made via Cash, E-transfer, cheque, direct deposit, or other methods as specified by us at the time of booking.
Refunds: We do not offer refunds for items or services that have been delivered and accepted. However, if any equipment is damaged or malfunctioning, we will work with you to provide a replacement or resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
5. Damaged or Missing Items
Responsibility: You are responsible for the rental items once they are delivered to your event location. Any damages, loss, or missing items will be billed to you based on the cost of repair or replacement.
6. Liability
Grace Party Rentals is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages that occur during the event due to the use or misuse of our rental equipment. It is the responsibility of the event organizer to ensure that the equipment is used safely and according to any instructions provided.
7. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify our Delivery & Pricing Policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated “Effective Date.” Please review this policy periodically to stay informed about any updates or changes.
